Nothing. This website runs no analytics, no advertising pixels, and no tracking cookies. We do not build a profile of you, and we do not share visitor data with advertisers.

The only cookie this site can set is a session cookie in the staff-only admin area. It is never set for ordinary visitors.

The booking forms on this site do not send anything to our servers. When you submit one, it opens WhatsApp with a prefilled message containing the details you entered — typically the car, the pickup city, your dates, and, on the full form, your name and phone number.

Nothing is sent until you press send inside WhatsApp. At that point the message is delivered through WhatsApp, which is operated by Meta and governed by Meta's own privacy policy — not this one.

Once we receive your request, we use those details only to arrange your rental: confirming availability, agreeing on a pickup, and staying in touch about your booking. We do not sell your details or use them for marketing.

Pages on this site embed a Google Map showing our office location. That map is loaded directly from Google, which means Google receives your IP address and may set its own cookies when the page loads. This happens regardless of whether you interact with the map.

This is the only third-party service that loads on our public pages. Its use of your data is covered by Google's privacy policy.

Like any website, our hosting produces standard server logs that may include IP addresses and requested pages. These exist for security and reliability, not for analytics or profiling.

If you go on to rent a vehicle, we process the data required for the rental agreement itself — for example your driving licence and identity details. That is necessary to perform the contract and to meet Montenegrin legal requirements, and it is retained only as long as the law requires.

You may ask us what data we hold about you, request a copy, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not legally required to keep it. Write to myrentacarbudva@gmail.com and we will respond.
